Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the UK Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. 
 
Our express warranty is in addition to the specific rights granted under regulated laws in England and Wales. This express warranty does not exclude, restrict, or modify any of your statutory rights or remedies. The warranty terms are accepted by the consumer upon order of goods either through our website, distributors, or through a direct sale. 
A standard five (5) year structural warranty is offered on all our indoor furniture products from the date of dispatch. A standard two (2) year structural warranty is offered on all our outdoor furniture products from the date of dispatch.  
 
The warranty claim will be deemed void or will not cover the following: 
The products are contaminated or altered by a third party without prior written consent from BANCCI®. 
If the goods are not used as intended or if the Care and Maintenance guide is not adhered to. 
General wear and tear or natural ageing of material within the product. 
Damage caused by spills such as solvents, dyes, ink, paint, or bodily fluids.  
BANCCI® will not be liable for any claims caused directly or indirectly by any event or matter beyond its control, including. 
incidental, consequential, or contingent damages suffered because of the use or assembly of the furniture or a breach of this warranty either written or implied. BANCCI® will provide repair and make available parts or items free of charge at our discretion. BANCCI® will not be liable for the fading or natural ageing of timber or any naturally occurring timber features such as medullary rays or grain features. We will not be liable for fading and creasing in upholstery or the softening of foam and filling over time BANCCI® will not be liable for any claims caused directly or 
indirectly by any event or matter beyond its control, including incidental, consequential, or contingent damages suffered because of the use or assembly of the furniture or a breach of this warranty either written or implied. BANCCI® will not be liable for any damages or courier mishandling during freight where freight insurance has not been paid on goods. 
All repairs or replacements will be subject to production schedules at the time of notification, clients will be advised on timing either by phone or by email.  
 
BANCCI® must first be notified of a potential warranty claim in writing and then agree to acceptance before any goods are sent. Photos of goods in question must be submitted alongside the written notification documenting alleged faults or defects. Upon receiving goods for inspection BANCCI® may request further information to assess the validity of the warranty claim. You will receive a notification of whether BANCCI® accepts or rejects your claim within 14 days of submission.  
 
The warranty covers the cost involved in the repair but excludes any transport or freight costs associated with the claim. Please note you will need to supply proof of purchase and it is the consumer’s responsibility to cover any cost of delivery of goods back to BANCCI® unless expressly stated. Reimbursement of the cost of shipping will be affected if a fault is found with the product as stipulated in our warranty. To claim this, a delivery receipt will need to be provided by you to BANCCI®.
